Development Phases:
  • We assess the suitability of the project location for a wind park, by installing
    anemological masts to gather wind data over a minimum period of one year.
  • The collected data is analyzed to evaluate the wind potential of each area.
  • The project’s construction costs and its economic viability are thoroughly reviewed.
  • If the project is deemed financially viable, we begin preliminary design.
  • Wind turbines are selected and the technical data and estimated energy of the
    project is determined.
  • Project information is submitted to RAEWW (RAAEY) and a producer certificate is obtained.
  • Financial proposals are received and evaluated.
  • The project’s detailed construction budget is drawn up.
  • All necessary studies for the complete design of the project are compiled.
  • Environmental conditions are approved.
  • All paperwork required to receive a final connection offer are drawn and submitted to HEDNO (DEDDIE).
  • All paperwork required to receive an installation permit are compiled and submitted.
  • Implementation study is drafted.
  • Civil Engineering works (e.g. road construction) are completed.
  • Connection works and works concerning the medium voltage of the internal network of the wind farm are performed.
  • Erection works are completed and the project commences operation.
  • Operation monitoring and energy production analysis take place on an ongoing
    basis.
