Development Phases:
  • We evaluate the location’s suitability for the project, ensuring optimal environmental and technical fit.
  • A comprehensive hydrological study is conducted, which includes on-site water measurements and derivation of the supply duration curve.
  • Calculation of the project’s annual energy production.
  • Calculation of the project’s annual energy production.
  • Annual revenue potential is determined based on these estimates.
  • The construction cost of the project is estimated.
  • Economic viability is determined.
  • Upon confirming the project’s economic viability, we proceed
    with:

    • A comprehensive topographic survey
    • Detailed project design
  • We select the best in line electromechanical equipment, matching project needs.
  • Project documentation is submitted to RAEWW (RAAEY) and a producer certificate is received marking a key step towards project realization.
  • All hydrological measurements are gathered and evaluated.
  • Final design adjustments to the hydrological duration-supply curve are made.
  • Review of financial proposals for IT equipment, supply pipeline, and building
    materials.
  • Development of a detailed budget based on these evaluations.
  • Compilation of all environmental studies required for the project’s full design.
  • Submission of a complete Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) file.
  • Approval of environmental conditions is secured.
  • AEPO [1](Environmental Approval Certificate) is obtained, marking a critical milestone towards project commencement.

  • All paperwork required to receive a final connection offer are drawn and submitted to HEDNO (DEDDIE).
  • All paperwork required to receive an installation permit are compiled and submitted.
  • The implementation studies of Water Absorption and the Hydroelectric Station
    Building are conducted.
  • Construction works are carried out until project completion.
  • Testing and commissioning of E/M Equipment is carried out.
  • Staff training is completed.
  • Station operation is launched.
  • The annual operation and maintenance plan is followed for all critical components such as the turbine, generator, and hydraulic unit.
